Food

Man, I tried so many random foods in Vietnam. To me food is an integral part of travel, but this was especially true in Vietnam!

Pho... duh.

Egg, pork, rice, stuff... not sure what it was called. But so good!

Breaded bread? Good too.

Different skewered stuff

I don't drink coffee, but with condensed milk, this was soo good.

How coffee was served!

Weird Stuff

We went to a night food market one evening! I ended up eating squid, octopus, and crocodile. I had never tried Octopus before and to be honest, it was a disappointment. However, crocodile was really good!

Woah.

Crocodile

Octopus

On our way back from the Mekong Delta, I shared rat and eel with an American traveller. The rats are tree rats (so not like something found in a sewer...). Not sure how to describe eel, but rat tasted like a weird chicken.

After the War Museum in Ho Chi Minh City, we were waiting out the rain at a restaurant across the street. We tried frog legs – which was good too! Again, not sure how to describe... almost like chicken wings

The plate.

The frog leg.
