This was a beautiful Bhuddist garden north of the main city. It was built in 1934, but then rebuilt in 1990. Although its just outside the city, its still accessible using the MTR and was, surprisingly, super peaceful!
Inside the garden
Waterfall in the garden... can't believe this is inside the city!
Still don't believe

This was the number one thing to see in Hong Kong on Trip Advisor and I can see why... but didn’t actually “see” why. The reason I say that is because it ended up being really foggy up there that day ☹ It was still fun as you take the trolley up a super steep hill and my friend and I ran into another friend from school (super random!). We ended up walking around the peak, got some green tea ice cream from McDonald’s and tried to get the best photos we could.
Views... in the fog.
Foggy views.

This was just the beginning of the amount of Buddhas I would see in the coming weeks. I am confident I saw another 10,000 over the next three weeks.
Anyway, this monastery was oddly tucked away behind a mall and I almost missed it. It starts with about a 1 km walk uphill with Buddhas on either side. I needed exercise at this point so it felt pretty good. Eventually I got to the top and guess what? There were more Buddhas statues! And here is where the most Buddhas were as there were very small Buddhas lining the walls of the temple on the top of the hill.

Reached the top!
Now we here.
More Buddhas!
Even more!
This was kinda creepy...
Better than the peak!
This place is crazy! Its basically a street with bars and clubs but most people are just hanging in the streets. We went at 2:30 am and people were still partying until 5 am when we went home. Apparently, the party goes on until 6 am.
Heineken cheaper than Budweiser?
The craziness
More craziness!
